Community Events
At Coldwell Banker Hartung, we believe that nothing is more important than our community. Our Tallahassee Real Estate Agents come from different backgrounds and cultures and enjoy coming together as a family to serve the Tallahassee community. Every year, our team members dedicate their time, effort, and resources to making a meaningful impact in Tallahassee and beyond.
In recent years, our team has volunteered with organizations helping with disaster relief, hunger prevention, health advocacy, and environmental stewardship. We are proud to support our neighbors and foster a stronger, more connected community. In the past, we've been able to play a significant role in making Tallahassee and Leon County a desirable place to live and work, and we aspire to keep doing so for years to come.
We are proud to participate in an assortment of community events, volunteer programs, organizations, and fundraisers all over the Big Bend region in order to give back to the place we all call home. We are also proud of our individual agents who partake in volunteer efforts and organizations helping the community year-round!
2025 Volunteer Efforts
In 2025, our team volunteered with several local and regional organizations to help better our community.
Every year we roll up our sleeves and help clean up Northeast Tallahassee through our Adopt A Street project. By taking collective action, we help maintain the beauty and vibrancy of our shared spaces.
In March, we laced up our shoes and got to running during the Tallahassee Board of Realtor's 5k at Cascades Park. It may have been a rainy day, but the energy was high, and every step we took helped support a Habitat for Humanity Day-Build! Walking for a great cause motivated our team. Helping families find a safe place to call home is exactly what we do here!
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and our office participated in Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare's Go Pink. Coldwell Banker Hartung proudly supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission to provide early detection services, education, and support. By raising awareness, donating, and encouraging donations throughout the month, we strive to make a lasting impact in the fight against breast cancer.
Every December, we Ring the Bell for the Salvation Army to raise funds for those in need in the community. These are just a few of the many ways our agents get involved in the community throughout the year!
2024 Volunteer Efforts
In 2024, our team was busy lending a helping hand in the community and partnering with local organizations to make an impact where it matters most.
A clean and thriving environment benefits everyone. Through our Adopt A Street project, our dedicated team rolled up their sleeves to clean up Northeast Tallahassee every year!
Our team proudly stood with Hill Spooner & Elliott, Inc. to support #TeamHill to find a cure for ALS. In honor of Calynne Hill, our team raised funds and awareness for ALS research while Chip Hartung took on the Ice Bucket Challenge. In times of crisis, community matters more than ever. After recent tornadoes impacted neighborhoods in Midtown’s Indian Head Acres and Woodland Drive, we partnered with Momma P's Ice Cream Truck to bring a little sweetness and relief to those still recovering. Food insecurity affects countless families in the Big Bend region, and we are committed to making a difference. Our team joined Second Harvest Big Bend to pack and distribute essential resources for individuals across 16 counties. We were grateful to the Tallahassee Board of Realtors for organizing this event to serve and stand united in the fight against hunger. Check out a video recap of the day on our Instagram page!
The holiday season is a time of giving, and our team stepped up to Ring the Bell for The Salvation Army. Spreading holiday cheer while raising funds for those in need was an incredible way to close out the year, reinforcing our belief that strong communities are built through acts of generosity and kindness.
